1 | The folly of anger: “A fool gives full vent to his anger” (29:11a)

  - Anger is cruel (27:4)

  - Anger produces strife (30:33)

2 | The wisdom of self-control: “a wise man keeps himself under control” (29:11b)

  - Self-control turns away wrath (29:8)

  - Self-control calms a quarrel (15:18b)
